1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by BlackCarServiceBoston.com ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

We provide distinguished ground transportation services including Logan airport transfers, corporate transportation, medical center transfers, hourly charter, and point-to-point service throughout Greater Boston and New England. All services are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability.

3. Reservations and Payment

Payment terms are confirmed at booking
Hourly floors are sedan $120, SUV $150, S-Class $230, and Sprinter $240, each with a 3-hour minimum
Tolls are confirmed in the quote

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms are confirmed at booking
Cancellation terms are set on your individual quote rather than by a standing site-wide rule
No-show terms are confirmed at booking

5. Wait Time

Wait time is confirmed in the quote for the reservation
Logan wait time is hourly and confirmed in the quote rather than free for a set number of minutes
If you want the car to stay, that wait is hourly

6. Passenger Conduct

Passengers agree to:

Treat chauffeurs and vehicles with respect
Not smoke in vehicles (including e-cigarettes)
Not consume illegal substances in vehicles
Wear seatbelts at all times
Be responsible for any damage caused to vehicles

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to passengers who violate these guidelines.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

8. Lost Items

We are not responsible for items left in vehicles. If you believe you have left an item, please contact us immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to locate and return lost items, but cannot guarantee recovery.

9. Gratuity

The sedan and SUV estimate calculation includes a gratuity component. S-Class and Sprinter figures are starting rates, and the booking form confirms the final price. Review the gratuity and other charges on your reservation before adding a gratuity.

10. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to substitute vehicles of equal or greater value when necessary. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any changes to your reservation.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Massachusetts.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
