Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by BlackCarServiceBoston.com ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

We provide distinguished ground transportation services including Logan airport transfers, corporate transportation, medical center transfers, hourly charter, and point-to-point service throughout Greater Boston and New England. All services are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability.

3. Reservations and Payment

  • Reservations can be made online, by phone, or by email
  • A valid credit card is required to confirm all reservations
  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged
  • We accept major credit cards and can arrange corporate billing
  • All prices are in US dollars and include applicable taxes

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup: No charge
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup: Subject to cancellation fee
  • No-shows: Full fare may be charged
  • Flight cancellations: No charge with proof of cancellation

5. Wait Time

  • Logan airport pickups: 60 minutes complimentary wait time from flight arrival
  • Other pickups: 15 minutes complimentary wait time
  • Additional wait time may be billed at prevailing hourly rates

6. Passenger Conduct

Passengers agree to:

  • Treat chauffeurs and vehicles with respect
  • Not smoke in vehicles (including e-cigarettes)
  • Not consume illegal substances in vehicles
  • Wear seatbelts at all times
  • Be responsible for any damage caused to vehicles

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to passengers who violate these guidelines.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

8. Lost Items

We are not responsible for items left in vehicles. If you believe you have left an item, please contact us immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to locate and return lost items, but cannot guarantee recovery.

9. Gratuity

Gratuity is not included in our rates and is at the passenger's discretion. While not required, gratuities are appreciated for exceptional service.

10. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to substitute vehicles of equal or greater value when necessary. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any changes to your reservation.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Massachusetts.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
