Traffic, weather and event nights can change the route, so build in a cushion on arrival day.
Massport states that limousine service at Logan is only available by prior reservation, and it publishes a designated pickup point for each terminal. The meeting opens on Sunday, November 29, so plan arrival day with extra room. Hotel pickups
The Sheraton Boston is part of the meeting itself, so attendees staying there are already at the venue. Others stay at hotels around Back Bay and the Seaport or further out, and a morning pickup from the hotel entrance to the Hynes is the simplest use of a car. Send the hotel name, the day and the time you must be inside the venue, not the time you hope to leave.
For a group heading to the same session, a Sprinter keeps colleagues together and gives equipment somewhere to go. Confirm the passenger count and luggage when you book, since layouts vary.
Back Bay curbs can be tight and event days add traffic, so we suggest asking your hotel where cars may stop. Add that to your booking notes if the hotel has a designated entrance.

Book as soon as your flights are set. Conference weeks can fill vehicles, especially around shared arrival and departure windows.
